Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and work productivity of the marketing division employees with the advertising division at CV. Amanah Palembang. The method of determining the sample in this study using quota sampling, where the respondents were 51 people. From the results of t-test and f-test = 0.10 > 0.05. The results obtained in this research are that there is no relationship between interpersonal communication and work productivity of employees in the marketing division with the advertising division at CV. Amanah Palembang. Leaders should provide freedom of communication with all employees so that employees can contribute to the organization.
