Abstract

The quality of population data is needed to governance. Population administrative service system must be available to sustain that goal. It needs innovations which facilitated populace. This research uses qualitative-descriptive method that focus on public service innovation in Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Palembang. Online service, expanding range of service, and proactive initiatives will affect the quality of public service.
