Abstract
This research aims to explain the relationship between incentives and motivation variables partially on employee performance. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach and a sample of 32 employees of PT Karya Pelindung Nusantara. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis illustrate that the incentives associated with employee motivation is good. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there is a relationship between incentives and work motivation of 0.783. Based on the statistical test, the contribution of the incentives to work motivation reached 61.31%. While the remaining 38.69% came from other factors not examined in this study.
