Abstract

The title of this research is "The Effectiveness of Public Services in Making Police Records Certificates at the Banyuasin Police Station". This study will use a method using qualitative research methods, namely emphasizing the human element as a research instrument, by emphasizing the human element as a research instrument, it will facilitate adjustments to the reality that occurs in the field.

               The results of the analysis show that producing quality services in an effort to maintain the good name of the agency, understanding policies, SOPs and coordinating between personnel is very much needed in the SKCK service process, especially during times of receiving job vacancies such as the opening of CPNS, because in the current situation, people who making SKCK will be very abundant and there are many, therefore intense communication and coordination is needed. In the service provided by SKCK, it is quite crowded at the Polres, especially when there is acceptance or opening of job vacancies, such as the acceptance of CPNS, but even so the personnel still try to provide quality services to the community. In this case, the Polres personnel in terms of making SKCK have human resources that are quite good, from educational qualifications, the average is S1 and above and the facilities are quite supportive, it's just how the implementation process will determine the success of each program to be implemented. . All will be determined from the ability of human resources in maximizing existing facilities. In measuring the level of efficiency in the service of making SKCK at the Banyuasin Police, it can't just be seen how many SKCK can be completed from day to day, but the most important thing is that the service is carried out procedurally, does not violate the rules and provides as much quality service as possible. The personnel have carried out their obligations well and have tried their best so that the planned program of activities can run well and as expected. The commitment of the personnel is to carry out what is the goal of the Institution and then in its implementation it is in accordance with existing laws and has understood the responsibilities according to their respective positions and positions.
