IMPLEMENTASI SOSIALISASI APLIKASI SINAR DALAM PEMBUATAN SURAT IZIN MENGEMUDI (SIM) DI POLRES BANYUASIN

Abstract

Ayu Fithria Mursyidah.Implementation of socialization of the Sinar application in making a Driver's License (SIM) at Banyuasin Police Station. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of Sinar application socialization in making driving licenses (SIM) at Banyuasin Police Station. The method used uses qualitative methods with techniques of collecting observational data, interviews and documentation.  From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Sinar Application Socialization in Making Driving Licenses (SIM) at Banyuasin Police Station has gone quite well with the quality of personnel and good coordination and cooperation so that the socialization activities of this application can run smoothly, but from the other side, the lack of personnel and limited socialization activities are the sides that need to be improved again. Supporting factors. In this study, good coordination with educational institutions and urban villages is carried out.  The availability of qualified personnel resources in terms of understanding the SINAR application program, the use of the Sinar application in making SIM can provide significant benefits, if really implemented thoroughly. Inhibiting factors. The absence of comprehensive socialization activities is an inhibiting factor in the implementation of the Sinar application in making a driver's license, this is due to the lack of personnel resources which are only four to five people for the entire district area, then not supported by sufficient transportation facilities and budget. The lack of socialization activities results in low public understanding of the existence and benefits of the Sinar application in making SIMs, this is evidenced by the fact that there are still many people who are not familiar with the SINAR application
