ANALISIS AKUNTABILITAS KINERJA KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ILIR
Abstract
Abstract: As one of the ways to realize good governance in the framework of administering a State that is Clean, Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism is through the attainment of ever-increasing levels of performance that are accounted for in a proper, real and clear manner periodically. In accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 29 of 2014 concerning Government Agency Performance Accountability (AKIP) where leaders of Ministries/Non-Ministerial Government Agencies, Regional Governments, Work Units or Work Units within them, are required to make performance accountability reports in stages and periodically to be submitted to higher leadership. as part of the government agency performance accountability system. This study aims to describe and analyze the Performance Accountability of the Land Office of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that, in general, the implementation of the Performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency Land Office has been carried out well. This is evidenced by the overall performance achievement of 92.12% with a financial realization achievement of 91.18%. Obstacles and obstacles in the implementation of activities in 2022 have been identified, overcome and solutions are sought for their completion, but several solutions are not within the authority of the Land Office of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. In the implementation of performance there are still obstacles, such as human error, less than optimal coordination, and delays in service completion, it is hoped that this can be minimized and resolved properly in the following years so that the expected targets can be achieved.
