Lebak lebung is a term used by the people of South Sumatra to refer to waters that are seasonally flooded or floodplains. The term lebak lebung is only known in South Sumatra Province. Ogan Komering Ilir is a regency located in South Sumatra, consisting of seas, rivers, swamps, lakes, and ponds. This research is descriptive in nature, because it describes the existing conditions or events. From the research results, Regional Regulation Number 18 of 2010 concerning the Management of Lebak, Lebung, and Rivers was made and enacted by the Regional People's Representative Council and the Regional Government of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with the aim of increasing community income, particularly through the distribution that has been stipulated, so that justice, benefits, and legal certainty can be created, which can boost the regional revenue (PAD) of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.
