Abstract

ABSTRACK : The development of digital technology has brought fundamental changes to modern business practices, directly affecting business law systems. Digital disruption not only creates efficiency and innovation but also raises new issues related to legal protection, inequality of technological access, and social justice. Business law is required to adapt in order to ensure legal certainty while protecting vulnerable groups within the digital ecosystem. This study aims to analyze the role of business law in achieving social justice in the era of digital disruption. The research employs a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that business law should be oriented not only toward economic efficiency but also toward social justice through inclusive regulations, digital consumer protection, and empowerment of MSMEs and platform workers.
