Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Investasi Bodong Berbasis Online pada PT. Solid Gold Bejangka

Abstract

The results of the study indicate that the relationship between PT. Solid Berjangka and Investors is an investment community (group) relationship and the role of investors with the Company PT. Solid Berjangka is to act as a bridge between the Company's management and the investment community. Legal issues that will be discussed in this journal: 1) What is the legality and position of the online-based Company PT. Solid Gold Berjangka, 2) What is the legal construction (rights and obligations) in the agreement of PT. Solid Berjangka towards investors 3) How is the concept of legal protection for investors at PT. Solid Berjangka in the future. The method used in this research is normative research that aims to produce arguments and theories. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive method that aims to obtain an understanding of the relationship between legal entities with others so that the legal basis used is the Civil Code (KUH Perdata) and the technical implementation of operations is based on Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, namely regarding the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of investment. These regulations encompass legal certainty, the application of sound corporate governance principles, social responsibility, and compliance with laws and regulations. The concept of legal protection for investors and companies in online transaction agreements begins with the establishment of a legal entity that serves as the investor. The author hopes this journal will provide input for academics and online application service businesses.
